Hall Rental Fee Schedule


ONE HOUR                $50.00 + Deposit


(Over 3 hours is considered a rental of 8 hours)


MONDAY-THURSDAY (8 Hrs)   $175.00 + Deposit


FRIDAY/SATURDAY  $400.00 + Deposit


SUNDAY (8 Hrs)         $325.00 + Deposit


CHRISTMAS EVE      $600.00 + Deposit


NEW YEARS EVE      $600.00 + Deposit


(American Legion Members; call for rates)


A deposit will be required in addition to the above prices, to hold the date of the rental.  This deposit will be applied to the extraordinary repair/replacement costs for damage, loss or theft, caused by the negligence of the lessee during the rental period.  If it is not necessary to use the deposit for the reasons stated, it will be returned to the lessee no later than two weeks after rental. 


Renters are expected to leave the hall the way that they found it, clean and free of garbage, with a complete sweep down. 


The hall is a non-smoking facility, inside & outside and 10 feet from the building.  Lessee should make a sufficient effort to see that this rule is adhered to.


Absolutely NO liquor is permitted to be sold within the hall, unless the lessee has procured a liquor license prior to the rental. 


All parties must end by 0100 hours.  All renters must be out of the building after cleaning up, by 0230 hours, unless previously agreed upon.
